Meet Cynthia Dunn

Cynthia Dunn is a Settlement Officer at Eagle Title. She has worked in the Washington, D.C. and Maryland non-profit, public accounting, and settlement services communities for over 30 years. As a former certified public accountant, she previously served as the Director of Finance and Administration for several large organizations, and she has an in-depth understanding of real estate, finance, facilities, technology and accounting. She holds an Associate Real Estate Broker’s license and maintains continuing education requirements which provide additional insights. She has a passion for teaching and enjoys making transactions understandable and successful for all. Cynthia has been known to volunteer helping senior citizens, veterans and 1st time home buyers. Cynthia’s depth of knowledge provides a terrific resource throughout the settlement process and contributes to successful settlements. Cynthia has been a Settlement Officer for over 10 years and has a passion for real time communications and processing which led her to the Eagle Title team in early 2020. Cynthia conducts settlements all over the State of Maryland.

In her spare time, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her husband Mike, children James and Leah and her friends. Cynthia enjoys sports and taking advantage of all the Chesapeake Bay area has to offer. Throughout the year, Cynthia officiates for the USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic Gymnastics program.
