Eagle Title Welcomes Kellianne Johnson and Cheryl Odell-Duffy

ANNAPOLIS, MD, March 10, 2022 – Eagle Title is pleased to welcome two outstanding title industry leaders to the growing team: Kellianne Johnson and Cheryl Odell-Duffy.

Kellianne Johnson joins Eagle Title as the Annapolis Sales Manager. Born in Montana, Kellianne has spent the entirety of her professional career in Maryland’s title industry. As a licensed title agent, Kellianne is known for her depth of knowledge and, most importantly, her ability to find solutions to complex transactions. Her unparalleled service has developed solid and meaningful relationships with agents, buyers, and sellers, serving as the foundation to her outstanding reputation in the industry.

Cheryl Odell-Duffy joins Eagle Title as the Severna Park Branch Manager and Settlement Officer.  Cheryl started her real estate career in 1986 as a Mortgage Loan Processor and quickly moved to the Title and Escrow business. Since moving back to Severna Park, Maryland in 1993, Cheryl has worked as a licensed settlement officer and branch manager in the greater Annapolis area. She is an active member of Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors, Women’s Council of Realtors, and Home Builders Association of Maryland. As a continuous learner, Cheryl remains on top of changes within the title, lending, and real estate industry.

Kellianne lives within the Maritime Republic of Eastport and enjoys the merriment of Eastport living. When not in the office, Kellianne enjoys spending her time on or near the Chesapeake Bay waterways.

Cheryl’s raised her three children in Anne Arundel County, where they graduated from her Alma Mater – Severna Park High School. She now resides on Kent Island with her fiancé, Bob, on a small farm with dogs, cats, and goats. Her favorite pastime is attending the Washington Capitals game where she is known to give a roaring #LETSGOCAPS!

Erin holds a master's degree in digital marketing from the University of Alabama's Manderson School of Business and a bachelor's degree in marketing management from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business. She currently serves on Virginia Tech's Marketing Advisory Board and is a fundraising angler on the Reel Counsel team for Fish For a Cure.
