Eagle Title has 12 attorneys on staff with over 50 years of collective real estate, mortgage, and title insurance experience to answer your title insurance and closing-related questions. 

Since 2007, Eagle Title has handled tens of thousands of settlements. Further, if you need legal advice or representation, Eagle Title has an affiliated law firm, Liff, Walsh & Simmons which routinely handles matters including the preparation of contracts, leases, easements, and deeds, as well as lender representation and drafting loan documents.
